Rono Habib
Roni Habib is an expert in helping leaders, educators, and parents become happier, more resilient, more connected to their purpose, and more playful. The founder of EQ Schools, he leads workshops and speaks in organizations nationally and abroad.
Early in his career, Roni struggled with the high stresses and demands of teaching even losing touch with why he wanted to be a teacher in the first place. It was so painful that he finally discovered the power of integrating mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology in his own life as well as in his classroom and felt called to share this new approach with the world.

Dr. Daisy Gonzales
Daisy Gonzales, Ph.D., serves as the Deputy chancellor of the California Community Colleges, the largest system of public higher education in the United States. She leads the 116-community college system, which serves over 1.8 million students with a student-centered mindset and a goal of creating equitable and supportive ecosystems where students thrive.

Dr. Sonya Christian
Dr. Karen L. Semien-McBride, renowned executive, professional, business coach, business strategist, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker puts theory to practice by overlapping psychology theory and business acumen as a way of conceptualizing how individuals execute decision making, strategies, human interaction, operational styles, emotional intelligence, and mindset shift.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of MKCircle CEO Institute. Through her commitment to creating emotional Intelligence leaders, MKCircle CEO Institute is leading a new movement in Executive Coaching programs, Corporate Counseling/P-EAP, Small Business Coaching programs, and Leadership programs for individuals, which support professional advancement and personal growth.

Erica Alfaro
Erica Alfaro is an award-winning author, keynote speaker, and education advocate. Her story became known in 2019 when her graduation pictures went viral and made headlines around the world. Her story was featured in major media outlets such as CNN, The Huffington Post, Yahoo news, and many more. Erica is currently a senior human resources generalist at one of the largest farms in the area of North County, California. In 2022, she joined the SIATech Board of Directors and was selected as the president of Toastmasters Club 47.
Erica was an EOPS student at MiraCosta College, where she earned her associate degree and an office administration certificate. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos and her master’s in Education with a concentration in Counseling from San Diego State University. Erica obtained a Human Resources Professional Certificate in Agriculture from the agricultural personnel management association and is currently enrolled in the human resources management program at UC San Diego.
