Exhibitor/Vendor Information

The California Community Colleges Extended Opportunity Programs and Services Association (CCCEOPSA) would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor/vendor and/or sponsor at its upcoming 2019 CCCEOPSA Conference scheduled for October 22 – 24, 2019 at the Riviera Palm Springs Resort, 1600 N Indian Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262.

Historically, the presence of exhibitors and vendors at our annual conference has been well received and our participants enjoy the opportunity to peruse the offerings that your organizations and establishments have to offer. Your presence will enhance our conference as 600+ expected attendees convene to celebrate our 50th anniversary!

You will be provided a 6’ draped table, two chairs, WIFI, your logo in the Conference program, your logo in the Conference App and an exhibitor identification sign in the main Ballroom!

Exhibit hours will be listed in the program with several time slots dedicated specifically for exhibit viewing. Please be aware that there is no electrical access, please plan accordingly. Also, the conference exhibitor/vendor fee does not include conference registration or meal costs. If you wish to participate in any hotel catered event, please contact Cristal Arredondo at carredondo@swccd.edu for meal costs. Travel and lodging will be the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor or sponsor.
