I am a first-generation college student transferring to UC Davis in fall 2021. I am a proud daughter of Nigerian immigrants, who aspires to attend medical school and become a doctor serving undocumented families in my community. This scholarship would go towards my housing, giving me the ability to focus on school which I am extremely grateful for. It is a great privilege to be part of the EOPS program. The availability of various, helpful resources such as tutoring and counseling have contributed to my exponential growth and in my pursuit of my chosen career path in the medical profession. I am committed to working hard to make my goals a reality.
