Conference

The Conference Committee shall have the primary responsibility to the Board of Directors for all aspects of the Annual Fall Conference. The Conference Committee Coordinator shall, with the assistance of the association members of the designated Conference Region, plan and implement all aspects of the conference. The Conference Committee Coordinator shall be appointed by the President of the Board of Directors and shall make a final report to the Board on all of the conference proceedings (including financial) no later than the January following the conference.
