One of the many highlights of the annual CCCEOPSA conference is being able to honor our colleagues through the CCCEOPSA Conference Service Awards and Years of Service Recognition. Complete the form below to be recognized for the Year of Service Award. Service awards are given to those who have worked within the EOPS program for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service.
