The California Community College Extended Opportunity Programs and Services Association invites EOPS professionals, administrators, faculty, classified professionals, counselors, students, community partners, and equity-minded leaders to submit proposals for the 57th Annual CCCEOPSA Conference.

This year’s conference theme, EOPS Strong: Power in Unity, calls us to honor the enduring legacy of EOPS while advancing collective action for the students, families, and communities we serve.

This call for proposals invites sessions that move beyond discussion alone and toward meaningful strategies, promising practices, and courageous conversations that strengthen student success, equity, belonging, wellness, and economic mobility.
We Seek Dynamic Proposals That:
